Request a demo

Demonstrations run against reference evidence, or against your own images on your own hardware. Tell us how your lab operates and we will scope it around that.

Talk to an engineer

The first conversation is with someone who works on the platform, not with a qualification script.

Submissions are handled by GhostKey Development Inc. Please do not send case material or evidence through this form; we cannot accept it.

Evaluation licences

A time-boxed evaluation includes the full platform, the validation suite and the reference datasets it runs against, installed in your environment rather than ours.

  • Full capability, no feature gating
  • Offline activation, no outbound calls
  • Engineer-led install and baseline validation

Existing deployments

If you are already running Bloodhound, use the support channel provisioned with your licence so the request lands against your deployment record.

Urgent matters affecting an active case are prioritised above all other queues.

Security disclosure

To report a suspected vulnerability, send the form with “Other” selected and no technical detail. We will come back with a secure channel to take the specifics.

Bloodhound is built and supported by GhostKey Development Inc. For anything that is not about Bloodhound, the company site is the better starting point.

Before you ask

Common first questions

Yes, and that is the normal case rather than a special arrangement. Installation, licence activation, updates and validation datasets all move by controlled offline media, and the install makes no outbound connections at any point.
No. We never require access to case material, and the platform has no mechanism for sending it to us. Demonstrations use reference evidence, or your own images handled entirely by your own staff on your own hardware.
Yes. Bloodhound reads open and standard image formats, so the same acquisition can be processed in parallel with your current suite. That is how most labs run an evaluation: same image, both tools, compare the recovered records.
Licensing is per deployment rather than per cloud seat, activated offline against the local node, with no callback and no mid-case expiry behaviour. Figures are scoped to your deployment model during the evaluation.
